does anyone know any good ways to start to do photo manips? I don't want to spend a ton of money on photoshop yet so is there a good free program? Does someone know of a good place to learn like a website?

You can get a free image editing program called the Gimp. It's not as polished as Photoshop, but it can get the job done.
